Service Technician adjusted and left the passenger seat to a very forward position and turned off my automatic headlight setting leaving me to drive in the dark until another driver informed me that my lights were off. Excellent service for car Excellent service for maintenance of car. Sean Lal is great. Only comment is it takes a while to drop off keys and register car. 20 mins. They have changed the process where you know drop of your key and take a seat. After a while they will call you up and then confirm paperwork and purpose of visit. Perhaps short of staff? Since it seems only one person is taking in registrations and telling customers when their car is done. More

Great experience at Mazda! I have bought many, many cars over the years, for myself and my family and have never had such a great experience as I had at Signature Mazda. Stacy w I have bought many, many cars over the years, for myself and my family and have never had such a great experience as I had at Signature Mazda. Stacy was terrific. She provided a running commentary on the features of the vehicle during our test drive. That was new for me, previously, most sales people only talked about the sound system, but Stacy covered everything and really focused on the safety features. I was very impressed. Patrick was great and made the leasing experience a pleasure. It was quick and efficient and really enjoyable. And my granddaughters loved the teddy bears! Thank you Signature Mazda!
