Sounds typical of car dealerships but they really go above and beyond here (to screw you, that is). Initial appointment was made with Peter for a test drive - Peter no show, Amritpal had to do it. Test drove the car and basically sold it to myself, again no one did anything at all. I didn't even try to haggle a penny off and asked for ONE SINGLE THING to be looked at, some light scratches on the body above the rear driver wheel - absolutely nothing was done about it, guess they just conveniently forgot about it. 3 of the 4 center caps were missing on the spare wheels - they simply told me "you need to move the ones from the other wheels over to those ones, you don't get a 2nd set of center caps"! Even though there was ONE still there. Right. Financing will give you fake bad interest rates just to sell you the financing insurance which "magically" works out to be just under the "best rate" they can find you (which, again - is completely made up). Took over 3 weeks and 3 visits, a dozen emails with EVERYONE involved Cc'ed just to get my registration done and it still wasn't done when they said it would be. Emailed Peter in sales after the sale about getting a code I need to register the car online that I never received (via direct email AND contact form on the website because he was still "technically" my sales person) but he doesn't reply either because they already had my money. Basically every single time I was told something would be done at a certain date, I could reliably count on it not being done and that I would have to follow up multiple times on my own to get any sort of response. There is no way in xxxx any of these "good reviews" are legitimate. More

First of all, I'd say the salesman. Fred was excellent to deal with. Unfortunately, that's where it ended everything after that point was terrible, sales manager lowballed me on my car Fred was excellent to deal with. By the time they were done, they had added $14868 to the price of my car. Communication with this dealership is absolutely horrendous. Nobody will respond, they pretend they don't know your number. But then when it's time to pick up the car or they want money, they can find you and they can get a hold of you, you should probably avoid this place. There's a lot better dealers out there to go and buy a vehicle from than this, you won't have to deal with all the crap that we had to deal with, i asked for the general manager to call me that never happened either. I don't understand how a dealership can just ignore the customer and ignore when there's a problem in my business. If there's a problem, I pick up the phone and I call the customer, I ask them what the problem is, how do we fix it, how do we make it right. Sherwood park Volkswagen doesn't seem like they really care once they got your money and you're out the door they don't care if they see you until the next time you want to buy a car.\n I feel like I was ripped off even though I canceled the extended warranty, I still ended up paying $5000 for extras that they had done. And then when I checked out, I found out they didn't do the things they said like the undercoating all they did was touch up the old undercoating. I was supposed to get all these other extras that came along with it. Never got any of them when I questioned it. I got a vague email with no explanation. More
