Yes they were very informative however the wait was a long time I was told they were behind however I was there for my 10:30 am appt and was not out of there till before 4 pm. Terrible dealership had us sign a bill of sale before deal complete. We told them no extended warranty but disguise as lower interest rate. Tried to cancel deal next day but refused. Car was in Ontario deal complete. We told them no extended warranty but disguise as lower interest rate. Tried to cancel deal next day but refused. Car was in Ontario when delivered had 3,000 extra kms. Didn't get the paper work until car delivered the following week. Parts department is just as bad. Ordered a spare key told it would be 5-7 days. At day 17 I told them I wanted to cancel and get our money back but told no can do. Thats seems the way this dealership works. Buyer beware. More
