Appointments mean nothing and poor communication. Had a 9am appointment but they didn't touch my car until I called for an update after 2pm because I needed to get my kids after work. The service advisor refused to take my call or call me back until it was done. I would understand if this happened just once but it happened every time I've been to Sherwood Volkswagen and I've had 3 appointments since buying my car new in 2023. At one point they used some type of fluid that was STUCK on my car no matter how much I washed and scrubbed it and I had to go back to have them remove it which just increased my time wasted on this dealership. I will not be returning because of their poor customer service. More
