Took my car in to have tires changed. 6 hours later still haven't heard back. I phoned at least a dozen times both to the service department as well as front desk. I have never dealt with such a disorganized, unprofessional company in my life. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of someone and when they do, they get offended when asked a simple question. They lack customer services skills, everyone I have dealt with there. The service manager makes an excuse that they “let go” someone so that is why no one is able to answer the phone. I also get told it’s just part of buying a new vehicle, when asking why there are so many issues!!! This whole situation is absurd, I have never left a bad review in my life and I thought by buying a brand new vehicle I wouldn’t have to deal with the amount of issues vehicle wise I have had to, let alone the atrocious customer service. Go elsewhere! I promise you it is not worth it coming here. More
