Overall the experience of any dealership comes down to who you interact with. My wife, daughter, and I were toured around by Rob Nessel. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and more importantly laid back when it came to us exploring cars. When we first met him we told him what we were looking for in a car and he pointed out the Highlander. We shrugged and said we wanted to see the Rav 4, Venza, and 4Runner. He gladly obliged and let us feel each one out for ourselves. After we noted that we had to compromise on a few things with each of the ones we came to see he mentioned the Highlander again. We humored him but quickly found that it was the other way around. We learned that day that the Highlander was the perfect vehicle for our family needs. We went on a test drive with Rob and then came back a day later where the dealership let us take the Highlander for the night. Throughout this Rob was kind, checked-in in a non-pushy way, and overall was a great fit for us. My family and I highly recommend to go see him if you are trying to find the right fit of car for you. They had clearly defined CUSTOMER SERVICE by going above and beyond. I needed a tire cover for my 2007 Toyota RAV4 and I arrived at 3:35 on Saturday, June 22, 2013 with no appointment. I believe it was Sam English who gladly did an excellent job of preparing my bill and registering me with Club Toyota and an inspection even though there was little time and just for a tire cover. I was taken care of by a kind person from service for a future appointment for a oil change. I would also like to thank the mechanic who installed my tire cover so fast. The price quoted was taken from another dealership. He took this into account when preparing the bill and charged me a a very fair price!
