Wonderful Experience I had Brad and Ken as salesman and they were fantastic. The process was fast and no one pressured me to go out of my comfort zone with anything. The finance department was amazing working my interest rate and getting me the best deal. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and left with more than I could have imagined. Once my car was finalized, they opted to have my extras installed and the vehicle detailed for me before I took it home. All this was done and delivered the next day! More

Everything was easy and straightforward from the test drive to the paperwork. The staff were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I felt they took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and I really appreciated this. Even with some debate over additional services or add-ons, I never felt pressured to commit to anything that I wasn't sure of. Service department worked diligently to resolve issue. Purchased a 2013 Tuscon from this dealship in the fall of 2013 and our sales experience overall was average. Recently however I started experiencing issues with our key FOBs wherein one no longer functioned and the other worked only periodically. After going for an appointment, they assessed the problem to be a battery issue, which they had to order in. While there were issues with our experience at SP Hyundai, the service team there worked diligently to rectify the issue and, in the end we were satisfied on how we were treated and would recommend them for service. Kudos to Hyundai! I got in a car accident and my car was a total loss. I was discouraged because all the other places I had been to were not very helpful. I had inquire I got in a car accident and my car was a total loss. I was discouraged because all the other places I had been to were not very helpful. I had inquired about a vehicle on the Sherwood Park Hyundai Website and received an email from Mo which was pretty helpful, we then scheduled an appointment to come in. To be honest we walked in with our guards high expecting the same run around we've had at other places, but was quite surprised to see the complete opposite. Mo and Brad actually asked us our needs and helped us make a great decision that was good for my family and I. Overall great experience definitely would refer friends and family members.
