I had inquired about a vehicle on the Sherwood Park Hyundai Website and received an email from Mo which was pretty helpful, we then scheduled an appointment to come in. To be honest we walked in with our guards high expecting the same run around we've had at other places, but was quite surprised to see the complete opposite. Mo and Brad actually asked us our needs and helped us make a great decision that was good for my family and I. Overall great experience definitely would refer friends and family members. The Sales Rep (Serg) Gave me a lot of cars to pick from. He was very upfront and honest about each one. He wasn't pushy at all. While I was in the process of getting approved they were appraising my trade and my girlfriend needed to get home. He let me take his demo car home so my girlfriend wouldn't be late. That's the kinda customer service that I look for when getting any kind of product. And its very hard to come by now and days. I was originally looking at a very high interest rate, like in the 20% range. The finance department fought with the banks, got me by down payment cut in half, by term cut in half and got my rate from 20 to 6. I was very impressed especially for my first car. I would say to any of my family or friends or anyone that's reading this. I Would honestly recommend going to this dealership and asking for Serg, Krystal, and Hoda. I know for every car I get, I will only deal with them. Good job guys. More
