It is so great dealing with Shelley - she is so knowledgeable, fun, & works hard to make sure you are happy with your deal. I like this Dealership as the atmosphere is very friendly. I always enjoy asking Dale in Parts Dept too any questions on the Genesis as he also owns one & loves his too. Candace is fairly new at the dealership and her loyalty and hard work are what kept us at the dealership. She was very concerned about what we needed and followed through in a very timely manner . She along with Brad made sure I did not leave without being completely satisfied. I did make a few trips to and from the dealership to finalize the deal but because Candace went the extra mile I had no problem going out of my way either. As long as those two are working at this dealership I will recommend them to anyone and will be back to see them again. More

worst customer experience don't even consider to go there. They are evils....manager is the worst one.. they tried to scam people. The finance department was amazing working my interest rate and getting me the best deal. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and left with more than I could have imagined. Once my car was finalized, they opted to have my extras installed and the vehicle detailed for me before I took it home. All this was done and delivered the next day! More

Service department worked diligently to resolve issue. Purchased a 2013 Tuscon from this dealship in the fall of 2013 and our sales experience overall was average. Recently however I started experiencing issues with our key FOBs wherein one no longer functioned and the other worked only periodically. After going for an appointment, they assessed the problem to be a battery issue, which they had to order in. While there were issues with our experience at SP Hyundai, the service team there worked diligently to rectify the issue and, in the end we were satisfied on how we were treated and would recommend them for service.
