Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff This our our 2nd vehicle from Sherwood Park Hyundai and we love it. We purchased a new Genesis from Armin. We had a couple of minor bumps at first but This our our 2nd vehicle from Sherwood Park Hyundai and we love it. We purchased a new Genesis from Armin. We had a couple of minor bumps at first but because of Armin (sales) and Doug (sales manager) being professional and careing about costumers concerns, everything was taken care of immediately. Incredible service from start to finish! Deep greeted us as we arrived at Hyundai SP looking for a new vehicle. Right away he asked us what we were looking for and was quickly showing us what Deep greeted us as we arrived at Hyundai SP looking for a new vehicle. Right away he asked us what we were looking for and was quickly showing us what kind of vehicles he had while staying within our budget. The sales manager came over to greet us as well and talked to us about my vehicle I was trading in. He gave me a very good value on my trade in vehicle. We found the perfect vehicle and we were approved for financing and walked out of the dealership within a couple of hours. It was an incredible experience from arrival to departure and I would highly recommend SP Hyundai for anyone looking for a vehicle!! More

Deceitful service I found the business practices of this business to be very deceitful. They told me my 2011 Santa Fe needed a complete brake job when I went in for an I found the business practices of this business to be very deceitful. They told me my 2011 Santa Fe needed a complete brake job when I went in for an oil change. Just out of curiosity, shock and because I bought it there, I took it to Northstar Hyundai. They said my brakes were fine and could not believe that a brake job was recommended by Sherwood Park Hyundai. When I confronted the service manager at Sherwood Park Hyundai, he asked me if Northstar Hyundai measured the inside or outside of the disc? I am not that stupid to fall for this line, I do know that the whole disc is measured. This actually occurred in May2015, we since traveled to the Grand Canyon and back, plus more in the local area here More
