We do try to do our best to ensure that customers are happy. My managers did inform me they made a mistake on posting the Sentra online, it was a human error and since your in the service industry I am sure you understand that sometimes mistakes can happen. Whenever I have a poor experience in any service related business I tend to try to resolve the matter with upper management, perhaps had you contacted me we could have come to some sort of agreement to turn your experience around. You mentioned in your write up that Shelly was great, but yet rated her friendliness, customer service and overall experience at 1 out of five.
