Great service! Brought my sonata in after getting stuck outside a friend's acreage. Noticed vibration at high speeds. Eever Bought a Car Long Dtstance? I did. I live in Saskatchewan and SP Hyundai happened to have the exact new Elantra GT I was looking for, with all the extra options (SE TECH, 3M, Tin I did. I live in Saskatchewan and SP Hyundai happened to have the exact new Elantra GT I was looking for, with all the extra options (SE TECH, 3M, Tint) I wanted. After 3 calls with the top notch and professional sales rep, Rishi Verma, and the rest of the team (Ana in Finance, Robin and Scott Sales Management, and Brad), we agreed on a price and gentleman's agreement over the phone that was $7000 below what I would have paid for the car in Saskatchewan. Deposit by phone, credit approved by phone, and I flew in, picked it up and drove home, with my airfare paid by SP! Oh, and I am driving on factory Hyundai alloy rims with Nexen winter tires, plus the 17" OEM summer's in storage until spring, as part of the deal. I have purchased over 50 cars in my lifetime, imported 6 from the USA, 4 from Japan, and this is my first Hyundai. I will not be driving another brand again - also got a 7 year factory warranty! Best dealership I have ever worked with, and only sad I will not be servicing it there also! More

There had been no problem until Nov16/15 when my hub caps went missing. I turned to Jamie Wightman, and asked her advice in the matter, She quickly located the April25/15 tire rotation order which confirmed that when the tires were sent to the Tire Hotel at that time, the hubcaps were included. Jamie then walked me over to Michael-Lynn Ducharme for further assistance. The issue was with Tire Hotel not Hyundai, so beyond her normal work, Michael-Lynn spent days dealing with them in her determination to resolve the problem to everyone's satisfaction. I'm happy to report that she was able to do just that in good time As a satisfied customer, I would like to say that I think those two young ladies are keepers, they were most pleasant and professional....already experts in interpersonal relations. More

Helpfull Friendly staff My wife and I recently were looking to replace her SUV. We were looking for used. After doing her research she wanted to look into buying a Santa Fe. After looking around at different used ones we ended up looking at Sherwood Park Hyundai. This is the area we live in. Before we went there we had read the reviews on the dealership. They were not great. The models we were looking for happened to be at that dealership also. After test driving a few used Santa Fe's. We found one we liked there. Still having concerns about the reviews, most of them about the service department. Upon inquiring about this, we found out the people in the service department had changed. We then decided to purchase the Santa Fe, at this point I also bought a new Elantra. During the next month we had some factory defect problems with the used Santa Fe. Joy Ziegler and his service department took some time and effort to solve and fix the problem. I actually think if I had taken it somewhere else it would of never got fixed. Hats off to those guys. Also a special thanks to our salesperson, Doug Trieu. Not only purchased the Santa Fe we wanted. I also upgraded my car to a new 2015 Elantra for. More

Service Department Improvement I purchased my Hyundai Elantra from Sherwood Park Hyundai in the summer of 2014. I chose this particular dealership because a family member used to wo I purchased my Hyundai Elantra from Sherwood Park Hyundai in the summer of 2014. I chose this particular dealership because a family member used to work there, and I felt comfortable and confident in Sherwood Park Hyundai's ability to treat all customers like family. That quickly changed when I went in for my first oil change, and the following six services after that. Previously I was swore at, bullied, threatened, and over all disrespected. After the first two disagreements with the service department and their pathetic tactics trying to sell me product and service, that I didn't even need, I had anxiety moving forward with the dealership, and only kept returning because of the free oil changes I had included into my financing, and Bard and Dale in the parts department who always stood by me and my choice words for the service department. I went in for my seventh oil change on Saturday November 28th, 2015, and arranged a friend to pick me up so I wouldn't be left waiting in the dealership for hours, I pulled into the service department worried that I would leave upset knowing that I was due for a service #4 (quiet expensive) and wouldn't be able to afford it a month before Christmas. To my surprise I was greeted with NEW and genuinely friendly smiles, I wasn't bombarded with questions before I even turned off my vehicle. Jamie and Codey were patient, friendly informative and most of all not pushing or sales hungry. They informed me of my options for the amount of KM my car was at, what service was recommended and not "required". They treated me with the utmost respect, offered the shuttle, and gave me options. They treated me and spoke to me like a customer, and not a pay cheque. Everything was opposite of how I was treated before. Before I would avoid this dealership, and never recommend it to anyone, but know knowing that it is under new management that genuinely cares for it's customers, and employee's I would recommend it to everyone! I was so pleasantry surprised with how quickly they turned things around there and have changed my mind completely. Joey is doing a fantastic job making sure his customers feel comfortable with their purchase and their future and past services done. 5 STARS absolutely. More
Worst dealership I have ever been to. My husband and I found a used car online. It was a 2015 Hyundai Altima, the list price online was $13,500.00. We went to the dealership and spoke with Shelley, whom by the way was great. We took the car for a test drive and loved the car. When we got back to the dealership we made an offer on the car. Full list price. Shelley took the offer to the Manager who came out to tell us that they had priced the car wrong and it was supposed to be $16,988.00. I work in the service industry, if it is your mistake and no retraction is posted you honour the price. Everyone we have spoken to has said the exact same thing, the dealership should have honoured the price. This is the second time I have walked away from this dealership. I will never return More

I would also like to thank a couple of the other staff, sadly I don not know their names, who also helped us on Saturday November 28. What started as an unhappy experience ended phenomenally well.
