HORRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF IF I CAN GIVE A ZERO RATING I'LL BE GLAD TO DO SO. I READ MANY GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP AND I'M NOT SURPRISED BECAUSE I DID THE SAME WHEN BU IF I CAN GIVE A ZERO RATING I'LL BE GLAD TO DO SO. I READ MANY GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP AND I'M NOT SURPRISED BECAUSE I DID THE SAME WHEN BUYING MY VEHICLE. THEY'RE QUICK IN GETTING YOU A VEHICLE AND DISPATCHING YOU BUT WHEN YOU NEED THEM TO DO ANYTHING SIMPLE AS ABC, THEY'LL START TOSSING YOU AROUND LIKE A FOOL.. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THESE PEOPLE FOR THREE WEEKS TO SEND ME A COPY OF A DOCUMENT, SOMETIMES CALLING AS MANY AS THREE TIMES IN A WEEK. I HAVE HAD MY CALLS TRANSFERRED TO SALES, ACCOUNTING, AND FINANCE AND NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW ANYTHING. THEY WILL PUT ME ON HOLD FOR SEVERAL MINUTES WITH NO ANSWER, ONLY FOR THE RECEPTIONIST TO APOLOGIZE AFTER. I WON'T MENTION NAMES RIGHT NOW BUT WILL ON MY NEXT REVIEW POSTINGS IF MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED ASAP. THEY'RE ONLY GOOD IN SELLING THEIR VEHICLES AND NOTHING ELSE FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE More
