Take our word for it! We had a handful of vehicles that we were interested in. All of them different makes, so I had to hit as many dealerships as possible in order to try We had a handful of vehicles that we were interested in. All of them different makes, so I had to hit as many dealerships as possible in order to try to compare the vehicles to one another while all the details were fresh in my mind. Yes, Hyundai had the best vehicle that fit our wants and needs, but it wasn't what made our experience there exceptional. We were greeted immediately and made to feel relaxed. -Not asked to throw out payment numbers, trade-in info and DNA samples to go for a test drive. :) Rosemarie, our sales person, possessed a down to earth character and calm demeanor that told us that here the car will sell itself and she will do all she can to make it a smooth transaction. Unfortunately, my husband was unable to join me that day, so she offered for us to take the car home and have him see it after hours when he was able to. We took an additional day to determine if now was the time for us to purchase, and were very appreciative that we were not bombarded by phone calls or managers desperate to get our business within the hour. When we did decide to go ahead, Rosemarie came in on her days off to make sure everything was seamless and all the requirements were met. Sherwood Park Hyundai went above and beyond to track down the exact model we wanted. They even had a truck swing by the dealership and drop in off en route to another dealership. Additional thanks to Brian Robb and Doug Trieu in financing, as well as Scott Hourie and Robin Do in management. We love our vehicle and will be back! More

I bought santa fe 2013 with paint and rust protection coverage, When I went for recoating they just clean and wash my car, they didn;t do any undercoating, I came to find out from other dealer when I went to trade my Santa Fe. They didn't give me the details of FCPP coverage as well. These people are a complete rip off, and should be shut down. Check them out on the better business bureau. They have had a TON of complaints. Do yourself a huge favor, and GO ELSEWHERE! Never ever go there .. They are big cheaters. More

All of them could not have done enough for me to ensure I was happy. Shaun was really helpful with any questions or concerns I had, but most importantly I didn't feel pressured at any time. Shaun went above and beyond to make sure I was happy from beginning to end of my experience of purchasing my first new car. Doug was informative when discussing the paperwork and contracts and made it really smooth and easy. Scott is a great manager and also bent over backwards for me to ensure I was happy with my purchase and that I was comfortable with the finance side of things. More

Run around So I went in 2 months ago to trade in my car, they told me " yes this car will have automatic start all in Canada have automatic start." I wanted a c So I went in 2 months ago to trade in my car, they told me " yes this car will have automatic start all in Canada have automatic start." I wanted a couple of low key features on my car and that was one of them. They promised me that. Well they got me my car asked me for a 500$ down payment, repeatedly asking does this car have command start " oh yea yea" I take the car home try the key for automatic start and nope, they lied. Okay I guess I can get over this I have a automatic start at home, so I call the dealership and ask how much it will cost to have it installed 800$! For mine. So I'm like okay how much does it cost to get yours put in "800$" made no sense to me .... I'm okay fine I won't get it put in . So I ask what about my 500$ deposit? " oh we have no record of that" what? Excuse me? So now I have to dig up my records fine, I do I've been calling for 2 months trying to get my 500$ back and another 1600$ from my old warranty from my car. The Owner of this Hyundai is shady, he'll tell you to come in waste your time then tell you he's not going to give you your money. He'll tell you he will "look into it and call you back" he never does. Still out 2100$ that I'm afraid I will never see back and it's not even applied toward my car.I'm so frustrated and angry at this point I will never buy another car from these guys and if you are wise you will walk in with a lawyer to get your car. Best part is they told me they fired everyone who previously worked there ; honestly had a better experience before. The best part about my experience was honestly the finance guys. You explained everything ; didn't leave anything out and were kind a courteous; and not just after your money. More
