The sales person Loidon was wonderful but the finance department was a nightmare. I don’t think it’s great when you walk out of buying a car feeling like you need to take a shower. We were greeted with department was a nightmare. I don’t think it’s great when you walk out of buying a car feeling like you need to take a shower. We were greeted with racial comments, conspiracy theories and a total disregard for our time. An appointment that should have taken 45 minutes was over 2 hours delaying another commitment that we were late for. When following up with the complaint the finance director was not a kind ear to speak with. I would buy a Hyundai again but I would never ever deal with their finance department.
