drove 3 hours to make a deal and truck was sold Spoke to Jordan Smith Monday about a truck i was interested in. Jordan was not all that familiar with the truck. Phone call transferred to Jordans desk. No answer no voicemail. Called back Wed pm 430 and advised Jordan i was driving 3 hours Thursday morning, to come check out the truck and would be there 10-1030. Gave Jordan my cell number for communication purposes. Arrived to discover the truck had been sold. Apparently another customer had put a deposit on the truck Wed pm and deal was pending fianancing. Asked why Jordan never called me to let me know what was going on he said he lost my number. Advised Jordan i should have been offered the opportunity Wed pm to put a deposit on the truck as i was serious about making a deal. Jordan never mentioned there were others interested in this truck. Jordan texted me to tell me the fianancing was approved and if there was another truck similar to this i would be the first to know. Advised Jordan do not contact me if there is another similar vehicle at this dealership More

First time oil change I drive an import car, so typically went to the specialty shop for my oil changes. They are very expensive, so I thought I would try Sherwood Park Che I drive an import car, so typically went to the specialty shop for my oil changes. They are very expensive, so I thought I would try Sherwood Park Chev. What a great experience! Not only was the oil change cost significantly less, the experience was wonderful. I didn't have to wait very long, and when I was leaving the lube technician asked me to wait. He had pulled my car out for me, and there was ice on the ground, and he didn't want me to slip and fall. When I got home and reviewed the bill, I found that all the things they checked were also shown with the name of the technician that checked them. I can tell you, I will never be going back to the import shop. I will stay with Sherwood Park Chev. More

Rylan was awesome, everything was over text and I never seen him until the day I came to sig I recently traded in my '15 C7 Stingray for a '18 C7 Z06. He was super accommodating with lining up transport right to my house being it is winter. At the delivery he offered to go through the car with me (which to someone that didn't own one before would be super helpful). For the finance piece I delt with Ryan, he also was very forthcoming & honest. No BS & did not try to sway my decisions on anything when it came to all the extras offered at the time of sale. I feel like I got a great deal and love my truck I spoke with Teo. He arranged his schedule to come to the airport to get me. I had a great visit with him on the way to the dealership. When I seen my truck I loved it. We took it for a drive. He then showed me all the features on it thoroughly. They filled my gas tank, and I left very happy. I'd definitely see Teo for my next vehicle. I'd also recommend him to anyone. Made me feel comfortable and I got a great deal. My only wish, was if they would of told me of their administration fees up front. More
