Oh boy where do I start. This man is a miracle worker. We started the process of trying to find the right deal for me when he was at another dealership. In total we tried 3 separate times and third time was started the process of trying to find the right deal for me when he was at another dealership. In total we tried 3 separate times and third time was the charm with Austin. He was patient, so friendly, understanding and worked so hard every time to find the truck and the deal that was perfect for me. He works flawlessly with his team and made no hesitations to contact them if I had any questions or concerns. The process was painless and easy, even though I took my sweet time to figure things out. It doesn't even stop there, he continues to be a wonderful salesman even after the sale is completed. He followed up and asked how everything was and if there was any questions I had, or if I needed anything. I had a few things in mind that I wanted and he went right to work to find out the information that I was after. Overall, buying a vehicle through Austin is the total opposite of the stereotypical salesman vibe. What a pleasant experience! I will most certainly return when the time comes. More

Very disorganized and I understand covid has an impact but not to this level.
