Not impressed! We received a call from Sherwood Buick GMC on Sunday to let us know that they were in a position to buy back some vehicles and would we be interested We received a call from Sherwood Buick GMC on Sunday to let us know that they were in a position to buy back some vehicles and would we be interested in having an evaluation done on our truck. After some discussion we scheduled an appointment for today. We were told that we were booked to see one of their appraisers (Kayla) and it would take about 20 minutes. This morning they also called to confirm our appointment. We arrived for our 1:00 appontment and were told Kayla would be with us shortly. We had 2 other sales people come to ask us if we knew what kind of car we wanted to buy. We explained how we were contacted and that we were simply there for the appraisal at this time. After 15 minutes we were told that everyone was in meetings and unable to see us at this time!! Sooooo....THEY called US and book an appointment. THEY confirm that appointment. We arrive at the appointment and after 15 minutes of waiting we are told NO ONE can see us? What a total waste of our time! Not impressed. More

He listened to everything I wanted, kept the vehicle within my budget, and never settled for anything less then what I wanted. After straightening out some 'misunderstandings' we have received excellent service and Anthony has stood by his word to "take good care of us". Mike; the Service Foreman, went above and beyond to help us out with a problem we had with our block heater cord. It was all in a days work for him, but very much appreciated he took the time. I recommend Anthony Sponchia in the Sales department for purchasing a new vehicle. Mike, as well as others we've dealt with in the Service department have been very professional. More
