Strange but true I inquired about a new truck through the internet contact form. I was looking to trade my current truck into a new Sierra HD. Wayne was very attentive and is interested to get to know you before talking vehicles. Wayne was with me every step of the way. Now here is the strange part, I didn't buy a truck from Sherwood Park GMC. Yep you read right, no deal. We could not come to terms on deal that fit the dealer as well as myself. BUT, in the future I will be contacting Wayne to try again. Totally class individual, recommend to anyone. More

Seemed more interested in pushing me thru the process The salesperson was a very nice guy to work with but new to dealership (lacked knowledge of vehicles & service provided by dealership). Dealership was more interested in rushing us thru the process than really trying to satisfy the customer. They failed to meet a few things promised. They don't provide any details as to what service was done to the vehicle, can't even tell you how much brake wear is left on the vehicle. Get you in & get you out in a hurry. They seem more interested in getting the vehicles off the lot. Couldn't even wash the bugs off the radiator grill or detail the engine bay. Unfortunately it seems that trucks turn over very quickly on the dealership lot so buyer is at a real disadvantage. Could be more open with sharing paperwork on vehicle sold instead of just asking customer to sign it. Don't spend any time showing customer features that vehicle has so they are comfortable & aware of them. More

While I was waiting for the service I wondered into the main showroom to use the facilities and started talking to a courteous young man(Jesse). I mentioned I had a Surburban while raising my children and would love to have another for Grand Children in the future. He agreed they were a nice vehicle and said should i like to look at something sometime, handed me his card, and said to give him a call. That was it!! His attitude and unusual sales approach is what got me back to the dealership. And now own a beautiful "Meme Wagon". I would also like to say a big thank you to Amanee, you are wonderful with people. Although your passion shone through for the dealership; an honesty shone through for me.... the customer!! Thank -you so much both of you for the once in a lifetime experience. More

I said sure and then he told me he could help me get a lower interrest rate....wich interrested me for sure i ask if i could come by the next day he said sure so 9 ocloc the next day my amazing experience started... I got to try any vehicule i was interrested in then i was not so sure of changing vehicule at first until simon explained to me how i could save all the interest by switching for a 0% interest on a new vehicule and thats where i started explaining my needs if ill ever wanna buy a new vehicule and there is where the magic began...Simon made sure that every need i had was fulfilled......seriously in only a fiew hours i save so much money and i got in a brand new suv gmc terrain ..i also been introduced to the mecanic staff and the financing lady(Amanee) was so clear in her explanation about the insurance and everything ...everybody was so smilling and nice and attentionned i will refer them to all my friends for sure More
