I'm a little old fashioned when it comes to looking at vehicles and would've enjoyed walking around the lot to look, but it never felt like I was welcome to do that. That's the only constructive feedback I could give. Eric was quick to go out to the lot and bring me any truck I wanted to see. Overall my experience was good from Eric to the finance department. I was introduced to the service team, but haven't had to use their services yet. I was very happy with the deal, financially and have already recommended Sherwood GMC to friends who may be looking. Unfortunately they have had a real change in management over the years- and they no longer had the “welcome home” atmosphere. Fortunately- this lead us to Sherwood GMC. From the time we walked in Curtis met us with a genuine interest in helping us find the vehicle we needed. When we asked for his opinion “why should we buy a Yukon XL Denali over a Ford Expedioton Max or Toyota Sequoia”.- rather than speak negatively about the other products- he spoke highly of them BUT then went on to name how he feels the Yukon XL Denali would better meet the needs of what we were looking for- of course we had already done our homework on the vehicles- knowing his answers mimicked ours he was able to provide the extra details about the GMC product without bashing the competitors- something we wish all sales people could follow. “Tell me why your product is the best- not why the others suck- Truly for us - Curtis -sealed the deal- More
