Pleased about J. Ammar but have no opinion about dealership. We were dropping by the dealership to enquire about Buick Encore suvs and Jack Ammar patiently and pleasantly answered all our questions. Since we we We were dropping by the dealership to enquire about Buick Encore suvs and Jack Ammar patiently and pleasantly answered all our questions. Since we were hoping to purchase a used Encore he could not help us then but took our name and tel.no. to contact us if and when a used vehicle came in. He did phone us; however, the Encore comes with the smaller engine (138 hp), and we rather want the newer/bigger engine. We will wait until another used Encore will be traded in and look forwrard to working with Jack. More
