The Dealership was layed out very nicely. We were able to browse the vehicles in the showroom without any problems and got to see a bunch of different types and prices. She was extremely friendly and patient with us, even after multiple test drives. She knew the details of the vehicle and walked us through the buying process which made it much less daunting. I went to the dealership just looking for a used car had seen a few online. The one I was really looking into was at a different dealership so JF went and got a complete list of all the used cars they had o seen a few online. I picked one out went for test drive and everything and when we got back the car was actually more then what his sheet said so he went to get managers approval to lower it to the price that he had listed and he came back and said that he could get me a brand new car for only 1000 more then the used one. So I would have full warrant and everything and my monthly payments would be less then on the used car so it worked out perfectly. And he was super friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new car. And when the registry messed up and said my registration was never faxed over making me drive all the way back to the dealership when in reality it was at the registry the dealership covered the full price of my registration which was about $122 as my current registration was up in 2 months so I had to pay for 14 months More
