Purchased a brand new Sierra, Vehicle was not ready when I showed up. Upon driving it on the highway, found the rear tires were out of balance. Went to the service bay the next morning and was told I woul I showed up. Upon driving it on the highway, found the rear tires were out of balance. Went to the service bay the next morning and was told I would have to leave the truck there for the entire day, and that it takes 4+ hours to balance the wheels. As the truck was brand new and obviously not PDI'd correctly, I found this to be un-exceptable. I have had winter tires installed, and balanced on all four wheels in less than two hours at Kaltire. I purchased my first pick up at Shaw about 10 years ago and had a horrible experience then as well. The price of the vehicle was fair and the salesmen was extremely friendly, that is about the only positive feedback I have of Shaw. I will most definitely be servicing my truck elsewhere from here on. More

The service department at Shaw GMC is top notch. Friendly staff, quick service and quality work. They really care about you as a customer not as a dollar sign. We are so fortunate to have Della LaValley as our vehicle sales consultant! I have been a client of hers when she was working back at MacKay Pontiac Buick GMC off of Macleod Trail. For me, finding a dealersh sales consultant! I have been a client of hers when she was working back at MacKay Pontiac Buick GMC off of Macleod Trail. For me, finding a dealership and a sales consultant is extremely important to me. It is a relationship built on trust and honesty so whether you are buying your first vehicle or on your fifth, it really matters! Della has been an amazing service consultant and we will continue to give her our business when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle! When asked, she referred us to an amazing service representative which again is just as important to us as when we are purchasing a new vehicle. My vehicle had started making an intermittant clunking sound.I drove in and while I was looking for service,Paul walked up and asked if he could help...within 5 minutes the van was up on a hoist being che sound.I drove in and while I was looking for service,Paul walked up and asked if he could help...within 5 minutes the van was up on a hoist being checked.....Wpw ....no waiting...and all done in 10 minutes! Went in to the dealership to trade in my Chevrolet Cruze and switch to a Chevrolet Silverado. Phil Schmidt and Craig Twa were extremely helpful with all steps of the process.
