I found a vehicle online on a weekend after hours and sent a message with a question and had an answer immediately. They set up a meeting and I met with Mike who was so amazing to work with as I went on sent a message with a question and had an answer immediately. Ring my husband to test drive it as it was a large Mercedes van. Then had the pleasure of meeting Bob who was a lot of fun and very personable and explained everything g so well. Truly; one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. From booking to the appointment, dropping off, shuttle and getting an uber drive back for pickup and even being happy with the bill ! What happe had. From booking to the appointment, dropping off, shuttle and getting an uber drive back for pickup and even being happy with the bill ! What happened? Engine light went on outside of Revelstoke on the way to the stampede. They made room for me the next morning. Diagnosed and finished a pretty complex warranty issue, oil change and front and back breaks— in less time than my dealership back home takes to do a simple oil change…… ….Shaw, come to Kelowna!! More
