2 hour wait for an oil change I had an appointment for 10:30 am for an oil change. He told me it would be an hour or so for the truck to be ready for the oil change. Come in an hour later to find out that my truck has not even been started on in the shop for the oil change. Due to this I had to cancel important appointments that I had through out the day. Also I had to ask another service consultant to see if my truck was done or not. More
