Mike Ayotte - Grand Cherokee Trailhawk I met Cosmo at the Auto show. Although Chrysler did not have the truck I wanted on display I showed him the truck I wanted at another Dealership. I was unable to negotiate the trade-in and subsequent price for the new truck at that dealership and I felt pressured their as they were trying to enforce time restrictions on the incentives being offered. Anyway Cosmo arranged to get that truck and I made an offer that was excepted on the very first negotiation and I got a fair price for my trade-in. All in all I was very happy and Stephanie was great and had the truck and all the paperwork set up when I arrived. The whole experience with the Dealership was to drawer. No downside here. More
