He told me to bring it in, introduced me to the mechanic, explaining the issues and had them fixed - no problem. I'm very satisfied with the result. When we went into do the paper work with Stephanie Rabito she went through all the options with us to protect our car and at amazing prices, we ended up getting life time rust proofing and extended warranty at prices that were jaw dropping. He was very knowledgeable about the product line-up and when we weren't keen on the used vehicle went to test drive, he was quick to suggest an alternative new vehicle. He gauged our personal style and taste and recommended a vehicle that we ended up purchasing that same day given it was such a perfect fit!
