He was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. It didn't take much negotiating as he gave us the best possible price and lower than the other dealers. On top of all that, we asked if we could have our vehicle the next day since we had a planned family trip. This dealership has amazing customer service, from their salespeople, their financing department, John, and their servicing department. We ended up getting the extended warranty and full protection coverage for rust, and seats and our vehicle was ready to be picked up for 1pm the next day!!!!
