First experience buying a new car and Clay was wonderful with walking me through the entire process from ordering all the way to pickup. Pricing was very reasonable, especially if you’ve looked at the slightly used car market at the time of writing. He made the experience easy and he was knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I had. He wasn’t pushy nor did he try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need - which goes a long way for me. He was willing to work with me on time of vehicle pickup, knowing that I’m coming from out of town after work. He even went as far to help me install some quick accessories I purchased, even though I only paid for parts. It’s a small detail that’s easy to overlook, but I like that they don’t put any dealer sticker branding on their cars, as some dealerships do. I did get a license plate cover, but that’s easily removable for a clean look. Overall, the experience at Scott Subaru is worth the drive if you’re coming from Calgary as I felt seen and heard as opposed to just another number in line. What you see is what you get and I can’t ask for more than that - would recommend. More
