We had a really wonderful experience with Scott Subaru and Clay. Actually, 4 months before I had talked with Subaru sales where I live about the new car, also send emails for information and help from and Clay. After that, no phone calls or emails from them. The experience was awful, I felt like they are not care about customer. Then 1 month ago, I thought to give a try with Scott Subaru. Turns out this is a perfect decision. I got a lot info and help from Clay, He is extremely patient and nice to me, he answered all my questions and concerns based on his rich experience. We are so lucky to get a 2024 Crosstreck at this time. Without Clay's help, at least we need to wait 6-8 months since the chip shortage. Most important thing is Scott Subaru not push customer to buy accessories, during the entire process no pressure on you. I'm willing to drive 2 hours to do business with such amazing sales and wonderful team. Thanks again. More
