This is the second Subaru Forester I have purchased from Scott Subaru and Ryan King has been my salesman. Even the sales manager asked if he could get me a coffee or water and when I went out to transfer my stuff to my new car , he followed me out with a cup of coffee and chatted briefly as I was doing my transfer. Pricing was very reasonable, especially if you’ve looked at the slightly used car market at the time of writing. He made the experience easy and he was knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I had. He wasn’t pushy nor did he try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need - which goes a long way for me. He was willing to work with me on time of vehicle pickup, knowing that I’m coming from out of town after work. He even went as far to help me install some quick accessories I purchased, even though I only paid for parts. It’s a small detail that’s easy to overlook, but I like that they don’t put any dealer sticker branding on their cars, as some dealerships do. I did get a license plate cover, but that’s easily removable for a clean look. Overall, the experience at Scott Subaru is worth the drive if you’re coming from Calgary as I felt seen and heard as opposed to just another number in line. What you see is what you get and I can’t ask for more than that - would recommend. More
