I bought a car before from other Toyota dealers they were so kind and these people are absolutely ridiculous. My 1 year old corolla driven only 20 000 km almost new bought for over $20,000 and still have warranty. The car had so many issues, shaking after driving 1st day on highway, when driven pulling to right side, the breaks were really bad, i was told oil change was done but Toyota mechanic said he did it again since it wasn't done before, and wind shield fluid had water in it instead of fluid, car is bubbly when on highway which is a safety concern and when i went back to them they are not willing to help. My mechanic told me your tires and rims need to be changed and alignment needs to be done and when i went to Toyota they only did alignment which didn't help and when i asked them to change tires they were extremely rude and did not change tires. When i purchased the car they were all nice and sweet told me the car has warranty and if anything happens they will do it for free. My mechanic said tires are worn off from one side and thats why the car is shaking and its bubbly because one of the rims is bend BUT the Scarborough Toyota is not willing to even listen to the problem and extremely rude. The salesman "abbas sumra" was so rude that he hanged up my phone and didn't even listen to me as soon as he knew it was a complaint. DONT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND RUN AWAY. *** I WAS LEFT A COMMENT BY THE GENERAL MANAGER SAYING THEY WILL SOLVE MY ISSUE AND IN THE MEAN TIME I WILL RECEIVE A CALL FROM ANOTHER MANAGER, BUT NO ONE HAS CALLED ME AND NO ONE BOTHERED TO SOLVE MY ISSUE *** More

Awesome Service, Outstanding Sales, Sincere Staff We wanted to buy a new 2016 Venza but the other Toyota dealerships in Markham did not give us a good deal. In contrast, Scarborough Toyota, with its We wanted to buy a new 2016 Venza but the other Toyota dealerships in Markham did not give us a good deal. In contrast, Scarborough Toyota, with its expert sales Mr. Jahangir Alam, introduced us to a brand new Venza. He also suggested a mildly driven (under 12000km) XLE Limited was a better deal with many more features and the dealer would not charge us the PDI, adm and other fee. After looking at the XLE Limited, it clearly offered a better value for our money. It was sold to us for about $7000 below the retail price! In addition, the dealership offered us an extra year of roadside assistance on top of the standard package from Toyota. That's four years of CAA for free and it is truly amazing. Mr. Jahangir Alam's professionalism, expertise and honest advice is really appreciated. He took his time to explain the features of the car, and made sure it was perfectly cleaned before it was picked up. If I can give him six stars (well beyond excellent) in the ranking below, I will do so any day. Next time when we want to buy another car, we will definitely go back to Scarborough Toyota and seek for the best car. This way, all of us will always be treated as valued customers! Wasted my time and he left without any appreciation for our current business with the dealership. Never again would I be willing to deal with him. More

Perfect Customer Service. From the moment I entered Scarborough Toyota, I knew this was going to be a positive experience. I was able to walk around, look, touch, sit and th From the moment I entered Scarborough Toyota, I knew this was going to be a positive experience. I was able to walk around, look, touch, sit and think about what I wanted without any pressure. When I was ready, I was introduced to sales representative Manny Yanga. A pleasant experience and someone who I immediately felt comfortable with. Manny answered all my questions and arranged a test drive in a new iM. This was the car I eventually purchased. I had asked for an added option which was not available on this model and without hesitation, it was done. I was going away on a trip and wouldn't be purchasing the car for several months but that was no problem at all. Manny stayed in touch giving me periodic updates on the new car, assuring me all would be perfect whenever I wished to proceed. I was also introduced to the Manager, Michael Buchberrough. A consummate professional, well informed, personable and very willing to help in whatever way possible. The same can be said of Sales Manager, Qaise Sherdel. All in all these gentlemen did an exceptional job. As a result, I am now a loyal customer of Scarborough Toyota. One added item, my wife has a relatively new Honda Fit and wanted an option added to her car that Honda was unable to do at the time. Michael, Manny and Qaise made it happen. They treated my wife with the same respect, courtesy and professionalism that they afforded me. She was thrilled with the work.
