A friend of mine had bought a Lancer a couple years ago and hadn't had a single issue with it. The 10 year warranty and quality of construction sold us on the brand but we weren't sure of the model we wanted, torn between Outlander and RVR. When we went to the dealership we noticed a 2015 RVR brand new with all the bells and whistles. Jason Poon worked with us to manage a price that was good for both sides. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the industry as a whole. After we decided on the vehicle, Abraham worked with us to get the coverage we needed in terms of rust-proofing, paint protection, etc. He was very cooperative through the whole process.
