Two months ago Mitsubishi Canada refused to perform a required repair under warranty despite the Scarborough Mitsubishi team going to bat for me on more than one occasion. Through perseverance I was able to convince the manufacturer to complete the repair under warranty. When they asked me if I wanted to have the work done at a different dealer I said absolutely not. Paul and service manager Rob and his service team have always treated me with the professionalism and respect so that's who I wanted doing the work on my Mirage. They are professional, polite, and experts at the work they do and I would recommend any Mitsubishi owner to have service work done at this dealer. Thanks again for your help and support getting my car back and running. Purring like the three cylinder kitten she is.

I'm sorry that you feel we lied to you. As the GM at Scarborough Mitsubishi it is my job to ensure customer satisfaction. I have reviewed all files and paper work. Yes you are correct we did miss the cabin filter but did replace it for you (We have reviewed our "get ready orders and process" for vehicles) as a team and can ensure that cabin filters will not be missed in the future. As far as the wheel balancing that has been performed twice on your car and we cannot find any more vibrations as noted by your family on a test drive. Also i believe you are confused as to the brake rust, surface rust is normal. The brakes more than pass certification, you mentioned to your sales person that you expected new brakes and new brakes where never promised nor a part of this deal.
