Tottally amazed and happy with the customer experience from beginning to end with my salesperson Andrew Kourbanas! !!! Have never ever met such an amazing guy like Andrew. I'VE spent some time looking for a new car and all the sales reps I've dealt with during my journey were very pushy and not selling or representing the product they represented. My car buying experience with Andrew was so informative and professional from beginning g to end. Andrew answered every question I had and was so knowledgeable and passionate of the company an product he represents. My parents were also impressed with the dealership and Andrew foremost. I have been shopping for this specific car for almost 6 months now and have been to dealerships all over the gta. Not a single dealership comes close to the employees at Scarborough Mazda. I had ended up paying more than previous quotes from other dealers (even though this was a fair price for the car) solely because of the service we recieved at this dealership. Honestly after 6 months of shopping and searching, I walked into this dealership and purchased the car within 1 hour. THE SALES REP TO ASK FOR: ANDREW!! THE FINANCE MANAGER TO ASK FOR: ROB!! Thank you both for the smooth, pleasant and fun experience of purchasing my new Mazda 3! More

Worst experience EVER!!! We came to see for a pre-owed car.Nissan Versa 2015 $13750 (7500km).Sam was helping us out.As a customer you have a right to bargin and it is the Sale We came to see for a pre-owed car.Nissan Versa 2015 $13750 (7500km).Sam was helping us out.As a customer you have a right to bargin and it is the Sale person's responsibility to explaine and work things out with your customer.Im not sure the Manager 's name as Sam and Andrew goes in and discuss price and comes out to let us know if the deal was ok or no.Sam was the rudest person I have ever meet. You say we will give you a deal for $ 12750 and go in talk to yr manager come out and say no .You say" we are trying to steal the car" and the price is $13000 .Buddy you never never talk to a customer like that.You dont jusy come out and return the customer's credit card and say that to them.xxxxing learn how to talk.You are telling by bf that my sister is buying the car and let her decide.Dude you have no right to say that first as we are family, we decide together if we want it or no.You told monthly for 84 months it is 101 whay % you never told until we asked you.Then we came to know it is 7%???? Are you xxxxing serious? Above that you told us the car was clean no accident.Then you show us a car proof, bumper damage $1164 claim.What the xxxx was that for buddy??? It was definatly for an accident.We have wasted our time and energy with you. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! More

One was service, they tried to tell me I needed new plugs and said I had an oil leak, estimate $500. I let them know (and not very kindly) I had just replaced the plugs myself, and had just shampooed the engine myself a month earlier so I knew 100% there were no leaks. Then just very recently I purchased a flywheel as I was replacing the clutch. Turned out my flywheel was good and I go to return the flywheel. They tell me I had to pay a restocking fee of 20% because it was passed 5 days, which came out to $55 dollars. I told them that's theft, that I didn't receive the part till late the day after I purchased it, and the date on the invoice, so in essence I was at 5 or 6 days. They wouldn't change their minds and I was forced to pay. I will never deal with this dealer again, and I will tell everyone I can how they operate. I am a member of TorontoMazda3 which has thousands of members. I will make sure to tell all of them about my experiences and ask them to spread the word. I will also be writing Mazda Canada to inform them of this dealers practices. You may have thieved $50 from me but you have lost a customer and will pay a higher price in the long run, trust me. More
Horrible service experience We contacted Scarboro Mazda to book our CX5 in for a normal service, with only 50,000 Km 's. After a hour of waiting for the shuttle to drop me off, I We contacted Scarboro Mazda to book our CX5 in for a normal service, with only 50,000 Km 's. After a hour of waiting for the shuttle to drop me off, I receive a call from Mazda explaining that two mechanics just quit and my car will not be serviced today. I told them to bring it around and I'll book another service soon. Tim, the service advisor, assured us that 'I will be taken care of next time'. A week later I brought my car back for another appointment. Ron was our new service advisor. I asked him if they could aline my wheels, as I could feel that they were off. A couple hours later I received a call from the advisor explaining that they checked the alignment and yes I do need it done. The check was $50 and to realine the wheels will be another $50. All the tricks were pulled out for us to maximize our bill. Air filters needed replacing instead of just air cleaning them, wheels needed rotating for another line on the invoice and the list went on. Poor communication from the service advisor, we were never 'taken care of' instead we were taken advantage of! The next day we received a call from Mazda to ask us about our experience, we were quickly directed to the service manager, Steve. He did nothing. The only thing that came from our conversation is that he will discuss how to communicate with the service advisor. I will NEVER give another dollar to Scarboro Mazda. I will happily travel further to another dealership than get treated with no respect, and to few like a cash cow. More

Yes on outside it may seem small but there is no shortage of stock at this location. I prebooked in advance with Andrew Kourbanas. He was very knowledgeable,patient and understanding. I went in to get a cx3 but fell in love with cx5,although cx5 was more,Andrew never pushed me to get...I appreciate that quality in a sales associate. I test drived the 3 and it was good but decided to try the 5...although this process took several hours,Andrew never rushed us,although it was way past his scheduled hours . We decided to think over it before making a choice and left that day,throughout all of this Andrew never forced us to make a decision,we went to other dealers n that was the approach. After careful consideration,we decided to get it...Andrew still demonstrated the same level of care and patience . Upon pickup of the vehicle he ensured everything was ready n set up n even took the time to review all the features,etc. Great job Andrew,continue to keep up the good work. More

I explained - providing I get what I was expecting for my trade in I was looking at the CX-3. He was very informative and addressed any concerns I had, (which were many). He took me for a ride and went over some of the features, then I drove it and that was when I realized this car had my name on it. He spent 2 hours going back and forth with management to get me the best deal for my trade in - in order for me to get my dream car and it was worth the wait. So thank you Sam. I would also like to thank Altaf for providing me with the keys to my new vehicle and going over a few last minute things and finally to Amanda for taking care of the issue I had with the hood on my new car.
