This dealership met us on our schedule, worked with us to get us everything we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. Andrew took his time and answered all of our questions, repeatedly when necessary. He even came in on his day off and spent 3 hours with us when we were picking up the car. There is so much to learn the first time you buy a new car. Every minute of this experience was professional. 2 months later, we are purchasing winter tires and rims and other accessories and they continue to make us feel like we are VIPs. Today when I arrived for my tire installation, they said they were backed up and offered me a complimentary rental so I wouldn't have to wait around until the backup cleared. I am returning the vehicle tomorrow, on my schedule. I have never experienced such excellent customer service and would highly recommend Andrew Reid as your sales associate. PS, In my opinion, Mazda has the superior combination of quality vehicle and visual sport factor, when compared to the other 4 Japanese companies. Over the years, I met a number of sales guys who did not know much about their own make. Andrew kept his highly professional attitude throughout the whole process. We left the place feeling good about having just spent a good chunk of money. We spent time researching our target vehicle beforehand so we knew the ballpark figure of the vehicle's market value. Their pricing seemed close to fair market value, no excess fluff. We briefly interacted with other sales personnel and they all seemed to be very helpful and polite. Even the fellow who looked after keeping the place tidy went out of his way to make us welcome there. I've been to many dealerships and dealt with various sales personnel before.
