Horrible service experience We contacted Scarboro Mazda to book our CX5 in for a normal service, with only 50,000 Km 's. After a hour of waiting for the shuttle to drop me off, I We contacted Scarboro Mazda to book our CX5 in for a normal service, with only 50,000 Km 's. After a hour of waiting for the shuttle to drop me off, I receive a call from Mazda explaining that two mechanics just quit and my car will not be serviced today. I told them to bring it around and I'll book another service soon. Tim, the service advisor, assured us that 'I will be taken care of next time'. A week later I brought my car back for another appointment. Ron was our new service advisor. I asked him if they could aline my wheels, as I could feel that they were off. A couple hours later I received a call from the advisor explaining that they checked the alignment and yes I do need it done. The check was $50 and to realine the wheels will be another $50. All the tricks were pulled out for us to maximize our bill. Air filters needed replacing instead of just air cleaning them, wheels needed rotating for another line on the invoice and the list went on. Poor communication from the service advisor, we were never 'taken care of' instead we were taken advantage of! The next day we received a call from Mazda to ask us about our experience, we were quickly directed to the service manager, Steve. He did nothing. The only thing that came from our conversation is that he will discuss how to communicate with the service advisor. I will NEVER give another dollar to Scarboro Mazda. I will happily travel further to another dealership than get treated with no respect, and to few like a cash cow. More

Yes on outside it may seem small but there is no shortage of stock at this location. I prebooked in advance with Andrew Kourbanas. He was very knowledgeable,patient and understanding. I went in to get a cx3 but fell in love with cx5,although cx5 was more,Andrew never pushed me to get...I appreciate that quality in a sales associate. I test drived the 3 and it was good but decided to try the 5...although this process took several hours,Andrew never rushed us,although it was way past his scheduled hours . We decided to think over it before making a choice and left that day,throughout all of this Andrew never forced us to make a decision,we went to other dealers n that was the approach. After careful consideration,we decided to get it...Andrew still demonstrated the same level of care and patience . Upon pickup of the vehicle he ensured everything was ready n set up n even took the time to review all the features,etc. Great job Andrew,continue to keep up the good work. More

I explained - providing I get what I was expecting for my trade in I was looking at the CX-3. He was very informative and addressed any concerns I had, (which were many). He took me for a ride and went over some of the features, then I drove it and that was when I realized this car had my name on it. He spent 2 hours going back and forth with management to get me the best deal for my trade in - in order for me to get my dream car and it was worth the wait. So thank you Sam. I would also like to thank Altaf for providing me with the keys to my new vehicle and going over a few last minute things and finally to Amanda for taking care of the issue I had with the hood on my new car. CX 5 - Best Service and Best Decision Ever We went into the Mazda Scarboro dealership to check out the CX 9. We were sure that we needed it. We met Andrew that day that showed us the car and began to ask us a few questions and then told us that while he would be more than happy to help us purchase the CX 9, he didn't think it was what we needed. He showed us the CX 5 and we were in love. Andrew took the time to show us the ins and outs of the SUV and then told us that he would be more than happy to sell us the 2016 CX 5 but the 2017 was coming out shortly and it might be worth our wait. We were there for over an hour, a few of Andrews associated rang the infamous sellers bell but he didn't seemed bothered. We left that day but didn't purchase a car. Andrew followed up with us to let us know that the 2017 CX 5 would be at the car show. He then followed up with us when it was possible to pre order the car. We went in and Andrew got everything ready for us and we signed for the car. Picking it up was always a very easy process. In any case not only was the service great, we were sold a car that we were needed. I can tell you now that we would have been unhappy with the CX 9. It is a great car but we didn't need one that big!. Thanks Andrew, See you when I can convince my husband to buy a second vehicle. More

Smiling Sam Sam and Kevin were the 2 people helping me purchase my car. I wasn't sure what vehicle I was looking for, initially. Sam made it his point to make sure I was going to be happy with my choice. We went through several used car options and I settled on one that I am very happy with. I've been driving it for a week now. I've never purchased a car on my own, always had a family member with me. So signing papers was daunting. I made the mistake of signing papers without really knowing my full options. Kevin and Sam were kind with their time, and spent time reviewing with me again after the fact. On the day I picked up my car, Sam was gracious enough to go over the details of my car. Took his time and made me feel valued. A few days later I received a nice thank you card from Sam. the good the bad and the worse This is my third experience buying a new car and I may say that it is an upgrade compare to my experience with Nissan (Eglinton, Scaborough) and Toyot This is my third experience buying a new car and I may say that it is an upgrade compare to my experience with Nissan (Eglinton, Scaborough) and Toyota (Eglinton, Scarborough). I went to Scarboro Mazda December 16, 2016. The good: The dealership was very friendly and accommodating initially. They were able to give me enough time considering I was only a walk-in customer. I have done my research, and I know what I want. I chose The CX-3 and I know that there isn't much difference between the 2016 and the 2017 model. Michael Jubran (sales) was very helpful, and was able to make me test drive the closest trim of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. The Cx-3 GT of course was very amazing and to drive one was a good experience. I was able to research also how much my vehicle value can be traded in, and scarboro mazda was able to give me around the average price, which I believe is reasonable considering I wanted to have a new vehicle by Christmas. The bad: I never understand why dealership will always promote the "zero percent" yet they would always have an excuse why you do not qualify for it. The financial talk with Michael Cheung for me was confusing. I never understand why I had to sign an initial document (original final price was $137 biweekly, with my trade-in, plus an additional $5000 down payment). The confusion is where, after signing that document, everything had to be changed as the dealership would try to offer extras such as warranties, rust proofing and other stuff. I spoke to Michael and I myself understand that I chose a good vehicle and would want to make sure I chose things I could add to increase the way I could take care of my vehicle. I added that paint and rust protection. The worse: The original conversation was I would be picking up the vehicle December 20. However, they stated that the toe-hook cover and GPS was not yet programmed. I really did not want to pickup a vehicle that is not finished as I hate returning to dealership again and again for a brand new car, so I said I can wait until Wednesday. I came in Wednesday and the toe hook cover is not still available and that the GPS as they said was properly programmed. I had to bring the vehicle back on the 23rd realizing the GPS is not synced and they said that it would take a couple of hours so I had to come back again Tuesday December 27th and they had to fix the signal which took a couple of hours. This review is being written today (January, 10 2017) as I would be picking up the toe-hook cover for my car tomorrow. and Mazda Canada is aware of my situation and have not offered any customer compensation.
