Very Pleased with overall experience I had just come from Hyundia Dealer on Eglington Ave. Where I was far from impressed. I went to Kia, the Rep was busy with a customer - still took th I had just come from Hyundia Dealer on Eglington Ave. Where I was far from impressed. I went to Kia, the Rep was busy with a customer - still took the time to acknowledge us. When his customers were reading over their paperwork Ozzie(Osvaldo) came and asked me which car I was interested in and if I wanted to go for a test drive while he finished with his customer. We took the car out came back Ozzie acknowledged our return and said it would be just a minute while he finished up. When he was done he came and got us we went to his desk and discussed the car and options etc and then started to deal. I bought the car right there on Monday at about 7pm and was able to get it Wednesday afternoon. 100% totally different from the Hyundia experience. I was blown away by the build quality , smoothness of the ride, quietness of the interior, 5 year bumper to bumper warranty, 5 year roadside assistance anywhere in North America It is like the Tardis from the TV show Doctor Who, it really is bigger on the inside. Tanya Lysko was a real pleasure to deal with and absolutely no pressure at all. Tanya spent time showing my wife everything and demonstrating all of the great features inside. customer service at the service centre is very poor Last visit - 5.5 hour wait to have my winter tires removed and a new set of tires put on the car. No one came to the waiting area to update me, when Last visit - 5.5 hour wait to have my winter tires removed and a new set of tires put on the car. No one came to the waiting area to update me, when I finally went to them -they told me they were having some kind of problem with the tires - and started a whoever put them on last time...I told them it was them. No apology for making me miss all this work time. I have only had my car serviced by this dealer service centre. Anyway I get home notice I don't have rims. I call back - they insist I didn't have any on the tires they brought back from storage - I say then they brought back the wrong ones because they took the tires off my car last year. They insist I come back so they can see for themselves...which I do. They take a picture of my tire and I am told they will call me. A week later I call - and talk to someone who tells me it can't be rims - must be hubcaps I am missing - says they will order them and call me when they arrive. I wait two weeks and call. I am told to book an appointment and there is a recall job they will do as well. I get there - ask how long it will take - get told an hour. Then I get told that they don't have hubcaps fo rme, don't know what I mean - there is no order. but perhaps they can order them today while I wait. 2.5 hours later when I haven't heard a thing..>I go back to the counter about the delay and ask about hubcaps - the guy tells me its not hubcaps - speaking like I am idiot - its rims and my car didn't have rims but they will take care of it. I get told I have to wait two more hours!! when I say you told me an hour - I get told no I didn't, then I get told I should have checked in earlier! my response is you knew I was in the waiting room - why wouldn't you come talk to me...then when I say I have missed another days work - I get told - well it's worth it!!! no apology - no accountability. I will be taking my business elsewhere. My car is paid for but I would not come back to this dealership because of this treatment. More

When we met Tania we were ready to buy and I must say that she did everything she could to make the business of buying a car with Scarboro Kia pleasant, All our questions were answered and the car price was clearly explained fully We were very happy with the business manager Saul and he really helped us make good decisions for extending the life of our car. The lady in Service department stopped by and welcomed us and said she was looking forward to seeing us again. More
