I have nothing but great things to say about Royal Oak Nissan. I bought an Altima from them in December 2025 and it had a problem after a couple of months. The response was noting short of amazing. I was greeted first by Tanya (Service Advisor) who took all of my info down and then kept me informed as to what was happening and what was needed. She is professional and personable. I didn't know what avenue to take and Erin came forth to describe my options. Finally Damian Banik(Service Manager) came forth, advocated for me with the Warranty Company and Royal Oak. This was amazing. My car is new to me and is pristine. I am going thru some challenges but who isn't these days but in life I have learned to things...honor loyalty, appreciate those who step forward. I joined the military in 1975 course # 7527 and I have worked as a Social Worker for over 32 years and at 69 have owned many vehicles. This is by far the best response I have ever received from a dealership beginning to end. To ANY Service Member/Armed Forces, to any AUPE Member...Buy with Confidence !! I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I placed a deposit on a vehicle after discussions with the sales representative, Vipul Srivastava. Based on the information provided to me at the time, I proceeded with the transaction. However, later there were delays and changes in communication which were not clearly explained. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the deal did not proceed. I requested the return of my deposit, but I was informed that it could only be adjusted toward the purchase of another vehicle. During a follow-up visit, I was asked to leave the premises while trying to resolve the matter, which made the situation more uncomfortable. Overall, I found the communication and handling of my deposit unsatisfactory. I recommend future customers carefully review all written terms and clarify refund policies before placing a deposit. More

THEY SOLD US A BROKEN CAR! They told us the car was in good condition and passed all of its inspections. This was a lie! We gave them a chance to repair it once. They gave it back to us in worse condition and filled with glass shards. We now have proof that the car needed a whole new engine before we bought it. They are still standing by that it broke after we bought it even though we only have had the car in our possession for less then 36 hours. This vehicle was unsafe and they let us put our baby and toddler in it. We do not trust anything this dealership says and we definitely do not trust there service department to inspect and repair cars! The only solution they are willing to provide us is fixing the car, but we have already given them one chance to fix it and they gave it back to us still unsafe. We do not trust them to actually fix this car and we never agreed to buy a car that needs a whole new engine. This has been over 5 weeks of headache and we do not have an end in sight. Do yourself a favour and just save yourself all the stress and never go to this dealership. More

We tried to buy an affordable but good checked used car in a place with the backing of a reputable company (Nissan) to ensure the car was properly ch We tried to buy an affordable but good checked used car in a place with the backing of a reputable company (Nissan) to ensure the car was properly checked by 'serious people’. However, after only a few kilometers, no more than 400km, the brakes of the car stopped working, and I almost had an accident on the highway because an unfixed caliper. They seemed serious and always showed their best face, promising that the car was thoroughly checked. However m, after this serious problem they rely on legal backup and wash their hands, not providing any solution or ethical recourse beyond the paperwork, they have been really unethical so far. Everything could have been prevented by properly checking the car, but they did not perform a good inspection. They deceived us. Even though legally they sold us a used car, ethically they are not a company to do business with because this issue almost cost me my life and they only reply “we cant do nothing sorry” byebye!!!!. We have legal frameworks, but the ethical ways to make money should be a standard in cases like this.Please be careful, and I recommend asking a personal technician to check the car before trusting these guys. Today I went there with my wife to try 2023 Nissan Rogue with a promotion deal of 0% rate for 2 year lease. The sale person was very kind and informative. He told me let me discuss it with my sale manager and we put 500 dollar deposit to show our willingness. The manager showed up and with the rudest tone told me : " this is the best deal and you know what if you don't want to buy it, there is a lady who wants it right now and I will sell her. " I can't imagine that kind of attitude in Canada but hopefully I experience it". He then asked us to talk and I told him I am not happy with his attitude and we cancel it! We will so close to make a deal but with unpleasant attitude of the manager we cancel it! Beware of this attitude and try other dealerships to deal with you with respect and diligence. More
