By the t I wish i could give a negative amount of stars. Repeatedly had to pester sales guy to get any answers, was lied to about numbers repeatedly. By the time I went in to sign paperwork I almost passed out because the price was so high. Forced to drive into the dealer multiple times even though I live hours away. Picked up the car and it was not detailed and was almost out of gas. Its laughable how much their dealer fees are for the amount of work they do. I will never go back here nor will I ever recommend to anyone ever. Worst dealer in the city. More

They helped me with making a very great deal with a car 2 years newer, BOUGHT MY OLD CAR THAT DIDNT WORK, picked me up from the motel to bring me to the dealership, and a second trip picking up my husband, kids and our emotional support dogs! They made sure the payments were affordable and gave me a cheque back to pay off my debt to consolidate everything to the car payment so I can afford the payments!Dylan also paid for out of his own pocket chips for my kids!. The manager is an amazing manager, he made sure the deal was the best he can do, and even went out of his way to make the cash back cheque higher than I even asked! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! More

Shisty and sleezy.. on purchase terms. Would not accept a cash deal and passed the buck of their "new business model" to the bank being the reason for it. No willingness to work with the customer or put the customer first. Mulitple other Nissan Dealerships in the city were more accomodating. DO NOT BUY FROM ROYAL OAK.. Service will be better elsewhere. I have just had the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. I have been looking for a new/used car for my wife and have been checking dealerships all over town for the best deal. The s have ever experienced. I have been looking for a new/used car for my wife and have been checking dealerships all over town for the best deal. The sales person at Royal Oak called me and said she had 3 2022 vehicles for me to see, a blue, a red, a white. I said I would be there in an hour. My wife and I arrived an hour later and asked for that salesperson. She said the red one we wanted to look at was gone. I said ,in an hour? I said I don't like being lied to just to get me in the door; not to mention, wasting my time ;we live 30 km from the dealership The (i believe) sales manager came out of his office and became very abusive and loud, telling me, they didn'l need my business and to get out, several times, finger wagging in my face. I believe his name was Dave. This type of anything but customer service is unacceptable. ps; I purchased a 2022 Nissan Sentra from Cochrane Nissan where service is paramount ! More
I am making a long story short: I put a deposit down on a car, and also signed a contract that we were told would hold the price of the vehicle, but was not final. It was not the bill of sale. Before we si a car, and also signed a contract that we were told would hold the price of the vehicle, but was not final. It was not the bill of sale. Before we signed we were assured by the sales person, Qammar, the sale was not final, and the deposit could be refunded. We were also not sent out with any paperwork. We had to request it - from which we did not get everything we signed. In any case, the dealership not only would not refund the deposit - The GM, Dave Todoruk, intimidated me verbally, yelled and talked over me excessively, and tried to force a sale via phone, and email. After trying different avenues to resolve the issue, as is the right of a consumer, I took a partial refund from the dealership. To obtain the refund, the dealership wanted us to sign a liability waiver. We had requested if it could be sent over email for us to sign and return by scan/ email as we have an immune comprised child in the hospital, and explained that we were trying to limit uncontrolled variables in these uncertain times in a pandemic. We also asked if the cheque could be mailed, or the refund be returned via the visa ( same way we had put the deposit down), or via e-transfer to avoid unnecessary contact, and also save us time -as we have a lot on our plate. The GM replied that he was doing us a favor, and noted that I had gone down different avenues to try to get my deposit back (which he had previously encouraged me to do, and again is a consumer right) - and basically, he was not happy about it - and we either come down to get it, or not at all - that they had no time limit for us to do so - but we had time and health limits... When we got there, it was an unofficial ( not notarized) letter to release liability which absolutely could have been mailed or scanned. As well, after all of the above why would we want to go back to Royal Oak Nissan? A place were we were intimidated, bullied and misled. I would not recommend going there. If you do, do not sign anything. The customer service is horrible, and the management sets a tone for it - petty, intimidating and dishonest. More
This is a dishonest dealership. They charge you for things you don't get! Make sure your car actually has the options they charge you for. things you don't get! Make sure your car actually has the options they charge you for. More
Our 2017 Nissan Armada, with less than 40,000km had to have its entire drivetrain replaced. With over 30 visits to this abysmal dealership, their repair work was shoddy, often missing bolts and zip ties. have its entire drivetrain replaced. With over 30 visits to this abysmal dealership, their repair work was shoddy, often missing bolts and zip ties. 30 visits later the level of respect for all those involved went lower and lower. Rafael, the service manager, is the king of empty promises. As compensation for my time I was given 3 "free masks" as a courtesy. Great. I would assume, that a dealership that had low tier mechanics that can't even make sure that a fender is clipped in properly and that it takes myself driving at 120Km/H to hear it flapping outside to pull over and make sure that a 3 foot piece of heavy plastic doesn't go through a windshield and kill somebody, that some level of responsibility would be present. I am glad I documented and photographed all of these situations. Next up, they forgot to plug in spark plug wires and luckly I was still within city limits when the SUV stopped working. Took well over 3 hours of waiting for them to come pick up this lemon of a car and take it back to fix their mistake. Then the transmission went. Apparently the technician forgot to fill up the automatic transmission fluid to the correct level and once again I found myself without my vehicle. Amazing that the engine and the transmission had to be completely replaced at 40,000Km. The oil leaks, valve cover gaskets not placed properly, along with the clear lack of regard for a customers vehicle and on top of that no follow through to ensure that this review did not need to happen. I gave them plenty of chances to make up for it and all they did was spit in my face. Royal Oak Nissan, the service manager Rafael and the bottom-tier technician all need find new fields of employment. I would rather walk across hot coals, sell my left kidney, give away my new-born and quite possibly be deemed insane and housed in a mental asylum before I buy another Nissan vehicle let alone take it these bottom-feeders.
