New 2016 Pilot from RoadSport Honda - Smooth Purchase Been researching for a replacement for our 2001 Odyssey since April, then decided on the Pilot. Next stressful task was finding a dealer and someone we could trust. An acquaintance recommended Eddy & Charles at Roadsport so we dropped to meet them. We ended up working with Charles. He actually knew details about the Pilot, unlike someone we dealt with at another dealership that was much closer to our home. Charles gave us a test drive during which he explained the new features of the 3rd Generation Pilot & the differences between the trim levels. When it came down to discussing the price, Charles didn't play the usual 'check with the Manager' games. He was straight forward & gave us a fair price & didn't try to upsell us anything we didn't want. On delivery, all was ready as promised. All the accessories were installed & working perfectly, the car was clean inside & out. We were shown how to use the various features. Only wish RoadSport Honda was closer to where we live (Markham), but can't have it all. We've had the Pilot for 3 days and we've already sent a referral to Charles & Eddy. Thanks Charles, loving our Pilot thus far (still getting used to driving this large SUV into our garage) :) More

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE Unhappy with the service from start to finish. I was billed on service(s) that I didn't want. I told the service manager to not touch on specific serv Unhappy with the service from start to finish. I was billed on service(s) that I didn't want. I told the service manager to not touch on specific services that was going to cost me. I came in for an oil change only, and I sat for nearly 2 hours in the lounge (I made an appointment too). I had a feeling they did more than just an oil change because it took so long and what do you know... they worked on services that I told them to not do. I was billed an extensive amount of money, in which I didn't expect or come prepared with the amount. The service manager argued by saying I signed the invoice in which wasn't clearly explained when I signed it. It definitely seemed like an easy way to cheat on customer's money as they can be very vulnerable in these situations. The service manager tried to ease up the situation by talking about how I got a free complimentary car wash and at this point, it not only ruined my day but made my experience at Roadsport Honda even worse. When I brought my black Honda Civic in for service, it was cleaner than it was AFTER THEY GAVE ME A CAR WASH. They did a lousy job washing my car as they did not hand dry the remaining drops of water after the wash, in which left my entire BLACK CAR covered in residue from the dried water. It was such an embarrassing day, and the service and experience was far beyond worse than what I expected from this dealership. I won't come back and definitely won't recommend anyone to come here. More
