New 2016 Pilot from RoadSport Honda - Smooth Purchase Been researching for a replacement for our 2001 Odyssey since April, then decided on the Pilot. Next stressful task was finding a dealer and someone we could trust. An acquaintance recommended Eddy & Charles at Roadsport so we dropped to meet them. We ended up working with Charles. He actually knew details about the Pilot, unlike someone we dealt with at another dealership that was much closer to our home. Charles gave us a test drive during which he explained the new features of the 3rd Generation Pilot & the differences between the trim levels. When it came down to discussing the price, Charles didn't play the usual 'check with the Manager' games. He was straight forward & gave us a fair price & didn't try to upsell us anything we didn't want. On delivery, all was ready as promised. All the accessories were installed & working perfectly, the car was clean inside & out. We were shown how to use the various features. Only wish RoadSport Honda was closer to where we live (Markham), but can't have it all. We've had the Pilot for 3 days and we've already sent a referral to Charles & Eddy.
