Abbie (our sales rep) called me back immediately when this model came into the showroom. The process to buy the car was painless-the car was detailed and in great shape when we picked it up. Once we drove the car home we realized the heating/AC wasn't working properly. Roadsport took the car in for repair immediately free of charge and the problem was fixed in 30 minutes. Abbie was always professional and helpful. I would recommend buying used from a dealership-they are more accountable than buying from a random used car lot and will insure that the car you buy is roadworthy. We love our new CRV More

First time car shopping in Canada So this was my first time shopping for a car in Canada. I shopped around using Kijiji for a bit but was disappointed. My friend just suggested I check out this "Honda Authorized" dealership, and boy was I glad I did. The staff is so friendly and very upfront. They actually take the time to find the perfect car for you. There is absolutely no pressure in buying one. I took over 3 hours on my first day there checking out the cars they had. My adviser Johnson Chu, was super patient with me. He took the time to understand what I was looking for. After I made up my mind, he and Paul Lorusso helped me get a good deal on the car. I still needed financing, and that was where Ed Loayza, the financing manager stepped in. He did not just get me a fair interest rate, but after he found out I was new to Canada, he even gave me great advice on how I can use this purchase towards creating a great credit score. Johnson even made sure the car was detailed very well. He took note of all my minor requests I had with regards to detailing. All the other staff too are super friendly and helpful. All in all, I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
