Amazing Experience at Roadsport Honda I recently purchased a new Honda Civic from Roadsport. Right off the bat the service was amazing, You can tell they all really love what they do and s I recently purchased a new Honda Civic from Roadsport. I initially spoke with Eddy Hung over the phone, he was very helpful and quickly set up an appointment to meet with himself and Charles Chan at the dealership. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and very impressed with their professionalism. Charles not only has an extensive knowledge of every vehicle, but worked with me to help me customize the exact vehicle I wanted. After that was done Louie Liu was very informative when showing me the different packages Honda offers for warranty and financing options. They were able to get my vehicle ready for me in only 3 days. The day I picked it up Charles sat down with myself to go over all the features in the vehicle and how to work it all. From beginning to end I've never been to a dealership that has put so much effort into their customers and it's a testament to all the great staff that works there. Thank you again Roadsport Honda! Buying Pre owned This was the first dealership that actually returned my call when I was looking for a 2010 Honda CRV. Abbie (our sales rep) called me back immediately when this model came into the showroom. The process to buy the car was painless-the car was detailed and in great shape when we picked it up. Once we drove the car home we realized the heating/AC wasn't working properly. Roadsport took the car in for repair immediately free of charge and the problem was fixed in 30 minutes. Abbie was always professional and helpful. I would recommend buying used from a dealership-they are more accountable than buying from a random used car lot and will insure that the car you buy is roadworthy. We love our new CRV More
