I initially spoke with Eddy Hung over the phone, he was very helpful and quickly set up an appointment to meet with himself and Charles Chan at the dealership. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and very impressed with their professionalism. Charles not only has an extensive knowledge of every vehicle, but worked with me to help me customize the exact vehicle I wanted. After that was done Louie Liu was very informative when showing me the different packages Honda offers for warranty and financing options. They were able to get my vehicle ready for me in only 3 days. The day I picked it up Charles sat down with myself to go over all the features in the vehicle and how to work it all. From beginning to end I've never been to a dealership that has put so much effort into their customers and it's a testament to all the great staff that works there. Thank you again Roadsport Honda!
