Couldn't be happier! I bought my 2015 Jeep Renegade at Toronto Chrysler... I wish I'd bought it from these guys! I realize my first mistake was buying a brand new model, b I bought my 2015 Jeep Renegade at Toronto Chrysler... I wish I'd bought it from these guys! I realize my first mistake was buying a brand new model, but Kristian is slowly making me love it again. First, there was water seeping in the drivers door and getting trapped. Toronto Chrysler told me to pound sand because they couldn't recreate the problem, and told me the only way to fix a problem like that was to cut the seal (Yes, the seal! A brand new car!) ... At this point, I went back to my trusted mechanic (Jump Start Auto, also awesome!) and they recommended Roadsport Chrysler. Kristian got his leak specialist to look at it, determined it was coming in around the door handle, built a special part for inside the door, unassembled then reassembled the door. It's been perfect ever since! Second, Jeep's U-Connect system has sucked since day one. Again, I had taken it to TC with no luck... Kristian called me today to tell me my new stereo system is in! I'm not certain it's going to help as I think it's a problem with manufacturing, but I gotta give it to Roadsport, they're definitely doing a GREAT job at keeping me in my Jeep! More

Great Customer Service and Honesty at Roadsport Chrysler Originally went to the dealership to trade our 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer for a 2013 Dodge Journey SXT as our family has grown and we required more space Originally went to the dealership to trade our 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer for a 2013 Dodge Journey SXT as our family has grown and we required more space and seats in our vehicle. Took the Journey for a test drive and immediately fell in love with it. Unfortunately we could not obtain reasonable financing due to the lien still on the Lancer. I was about to back out of the deal and leave with the keys to the Lancer in hand when I was stopped by Owen, he asked me to give him 24 hours and he promised he would do whatever it took to get us in a brand new 2016 Journey SXT Limited. Between the magic he worked and the financing skills of Edison, and the super customer service skills of Abdul we were treated with absolute fairness, respect, and honesty. Exactly what I would expect of a dealership with the Chrysler name. We now we ride in style in our new Dodge Journey. Kristian has been instrumental in ensuring that I am educated in my vehicle service requirements so that I can enjoy my new vehicle for years to come and providing me with the maintenance schedule so that I book service appointments as they become due. As well, the technician who has worked on my vehicle, Liam is a wonderful young man, who has also been very helpful advising me of things to make note of or watch so that in the event of concern, my vehicle can be brought in for necessary service.
