Hello Janice, As I said in my initial review, my deposit was only refunded by Ray after I submitted a complaint to the Vehicle Sales Authority of BC and they opened up a case. If this hadn't worked, then I'm sure Mastercard would have helped me by refunding my money and applying a chargeback to Richmond Subaru. It would have been far better had Ray simply returned my deposit without having the dealer licensing agency stepping in, as more ethically principled dealerships would have done. I have already have one friend in Vancouver who is purchasing a Subaru this year, and will be avoiding your dealership after hearing of my experience. -Nigel
