After shopping around other dealerships I ultimately went back to this one due to their level of customer service. They were great at addressing all my questions and were not pushy at all. I didn't care too much for their insurance girl. Their Finance guy fraser was nice. My sales advisor (Brandon) was very thorough at explaining all the features of the vehicle I chose. He was there from start to finish and extremely pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend! Dan is a great manager. Both Dan and Brandon were very personable and understanding of what I was looking for, at the price I was looking for. If ever I need to purchase a vehicle again, I wouldn't even waste my time with other dealerships...I'd go straight to this one! More

Only 2 subaru dealerships allowed me test drives of the vehicles and Edwin let me test drive one at Richmond Subaru without any questions asked. Negotiating was simple as he allowed me to directly deal with the General Manager, Dan. They promised me the lowest price; I did my research going to all the other Subaru's and found that their price was the lowest so I purchased the vehicle from them. My WRX was ordered from elsewhere and Edwin kept me updated the whole time until my vehicle arrived. Go find Edwin or Dan when you pay Richmond Subaru a visit, it will be worth your time. I recommend going to this dealership. (their service department is also rated the best out of all the local subaru's) More

Positive Experience - Took the Stress Away This is the third new car I've bought, and my first Subaru, and it was the first time I felt like I got a really good deal, without any compromises fo This is the third new car I've bought, and my first Subaru, and it was the first time I felt like I got a really good deal, without any compromises for what I wanted. Before I went to a dealership I did all my research and I knew exactly what I needed, what I was willing to pay for that. I had already dealt with another dealer, who had given me a great price, but just didn't leave me feeling very good. I went into Richmond Subaru in the off chance of seeing what they might be willing to do, but with very little hope. Wow, it was a completely difference experience. Jackie listened to what I wanted, and made no effort to upsell me, or add on additions I didn't need. The negotiation was an easy process, and they recognized my fair counter offer and the margin I was including for them. They then went out of their way to get the exact model and colour of car from well into the interior, despite their increased cost. This is a dealership that recognizes that the sale is the beginning of the relationship, not the end, and they're willing to take a hit so you're happy and going to come back to them for your service.
