The Sales Reps work together as part of a team, providing the best quality service to their customers. I ordered my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek through Ronny and Mike L (they split the commission 50/50). Ronny and Mike go back several years, having worked together at another dealership in the past. Ronny and Mike provided timely updates on the arrival of my order and answered the many questions I had. Exceptional service attitude in listening to customer's need We honestly did not plan on buying a new car now, but we did!!! We had just started to look at new vehicles and dealerships that would suit our needs. We were looking at the Subaru Forester and similar size vehicles at other dealerships. The deal they were able to provide us was just too hard to pass up, and the Forester ticked all the boxes we required! Mike and Ray were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Danielle in Finance was instrumental in closing the deal. She was so knowledgeable about all aspects of the warranties and service/maintenance programs that in the end we just couldn't say no. Mike, Ray and Danielle went over the terms with us thoroughly and carefully taking their time to address our concerns and queries. I highly recommend this location.
