Few friends recommended Ms. Shao, Feonney as our auto insurance advisor and sales representative. Feonney prepared the maintenance reports and faxed them to our insurance company. We really appreciate for Feonney's help. Also, Feonney carefully inquired our demand for purchasing another car. She designed and provided us variable solutions for balancing what we want and what we can afford. She even went to see her manager several times for asking more discounts. Dealership worth visiting and buying from I never enjoy going in to buy a new or used car. But it has to be done. I went to one other Toyota dealership prior to going to Richmond Hill. I did not like my experience there which is why I came to this one. I did not even realize that Jamie usually sells used cars. He was terrific to deal with. He gave me all the information I needed on our first visit. Was patient. Therefore, when we made the decision to buy the Corolla, we came back to buy it from Jamie. I would recommend him as I do not like pressure and he did not put any pressure on. and I am very happy with my purchase. I will say overall though - if anyone is buying the leasing package where you can bring the car back with up to 4000 worth of scratches and damages, beware that the 4000 is INCLUSIVE of taxes which really makes it approximately 3500. That is the only thing I don't think was made clear by anybody. More
