He answers your questions without beating around the bush. Michael is very knowledgable and patient. He went through all the vehicle features and explained everything/answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. The night we closed the deal they ended up staying 2 hours past closing as I had questions. The time I spent in the dealership I felt all staff was very professional and you get a good all around vibe. I've visited dealerships where either a) nobody speaks to you OR b) they never leave you alone The team at Richmond Hill Toyota is exactly that....A team...no games between staff or customer.
