Check engine light flashing I called Richmond Hill Toyota when the check engine light was flashing in my 2015 Venza. I spoke to Rennie. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. S I called Richmond Hill Toyota when the check engine light was flashing in my 2015 Venza. I spoke to Rennie. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to give me good advice and created a profile for my vehicle in their system. Since my vehicle was under warranty, she advised me to call Toyota Road Side Assistance to have my vehicle towed to Richmond Hill Toyota. Although her shop was almost fully booked with appointments, she fitted me in a time slot with very accurate estimate of my arrival time. It was a very bad snowy day. When I arrived, my vehicle was taken in for checking. They discovered it was caused by faulty ignition coils. Fortunately, they had the replacement parts in stock and I was able to have my vehicle back in normal operation again in 1.5 hours. I am very pleased with the warranty coverage, the road side assistance and the great advice and service from Richmond Hill Toyota service department. More
