It took a few hours, but I was able to get the price I was happy with, so mission accomplished. I thank Mr. Wilson L. The refreshment department could be improved, like have longer serving hours and put in those coffee auto machines. I got the Corolla. Sure, the styling wasn't as cool as the Mazda 3 or Civic, however, Toyota is smart to include as standard the advanced Safety features (radar cruise control, lane active assist and warning, front collision warning, auto high beam). to get those in the Mazda 3 and Civic, you'd have to first choose a higher trim, THEN add $2000. Bad move Honda and Mazda. Yes, styling can get you so far, but when your monthly bills come in, every few hundred bucks make a difference. More

After dropping off my car I used the complementary shuttle service to get me home were I was able to do some work... Shorlty afterwards I received a call from the associate telling me my that my rear brakes were in serious need of replacing (I was trying to put it off). Away, the recall and brake service was completed in half the time that was allocated and the shuttle arrived to pick me up and take me back to the dealer where my car was washed and ready. P.S. the cost of the brake work was on par with most dealerships. Very pleased with the experience. More
